A few of Ruth's favourite recipes.

Great food does not need to be fancy. Some of the best meals are those that use simple, high quality ingredients. Over the years I've collected lots of recipes and have tested, tasted, tweaked and cooked them all. I'm often asked for recipes, mostly by my grown up daughters. So here they are!  Some have photograph galleries if you click on the main image, all of which I've taken with my iphone, so sorry no stylised food porn shots or latte art.
